Quote details and property photos

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact details, property address, project information, preferences, and photos you choose to provide. We use them to review your request, prepare a response, and communicate with you about the work. Submission does not confirm a booking or price.

How requests are delivered

The website is hosted by Vercel. Resend delivers your inquiry and optimized photo attachments to Blue Ridge Group’s business inbox. Original photo files remain on your device. We do not create public links to your uploaded photos. Please include only information needed to discuss your project.

Website security

Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse and may process technical information about your browser and connection. Temporary security records in Upstash Redis include protected hashes, request identifiers, and delivery status. These records expire within 48 hours and do not contain your form text or image files. Hosting and email services may maintain their own operational logs.

Keeping and removing information

We keep inquiries and correspondence as needed to respond, coordinate requested services, and maintain related business records. To request access, correction, or removal of information you submitted, contact info@blueridgegroupil.com. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.

Cookies, analytics, and third-party links

We have not added advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or a marketing mailing-list subscription. Security features may use technical browser data. Links to Facebook, Instagram, and other websites follow those services’ privacy practices. If our use of information changes, we will update this notice.
